God is with you

Psalm 23:4 Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.

 

Isn’t it comforting to know that God is always with us? And because He is always with us we have no reason to fear. I know it is really difficult to believe that God is with you when you are facing tough times and sometimes during our most uncomfortable moments we don’t even feel His presence. I want to encourage you and remind you that God is with you no matter what you are facing. He is watching over you. Instead of allowing fear to torment you allow faith to carry you through. Psalm 3:6 says, “I will not fear the tens of thousands drawn up against me on every side.”

David faced much opposition in his life time but he never once gave up because He knew that God was with Him. In the 27th Psalm he we hear him  proudly saying, “Though an army besiege me, my heart will not fear; though war break out against me, even then will I be confident.” He was determined to make it no matter who was against him. He was bold and courageous simply because he understood that God was with Him even when things looked impossible. Be encouraged today and know that God is with you and because He is with you, you have no reason to fear.
